1. Nature of the Website

This Site may display:

1. physical merchandise sold directly by the Company
2. events and parties associated with Amnesia Milano (non-purchasable here)
3. external ticket purchase links

Event tickets are not sold on this Site.
The “Buy Ticket” buttons redirect Users to external authorized ticketing providers such as: TicketOne, Mailticket, TicketSMS and others designated by the organizer. The purchase and contractual relationship are exclusively with those third-party providers.

2. External Ticket Sales

When Users are redirected to a third-party ticketing platform, the following applies:

1. the external provider is the official seller
2. their terms, refund policy, and privacy policy apply
3. the Company does not handle payments, refunds, or ticket delivery
4. the Company is not responsible for issues occurring on external platforms

The Company simply provides a link for user convenience.

3. Physical Merchandise

The Site may offer physical products such as: clothing, accessories, limited edition items, branded merchandise.

All products are sold directly by JT MARLIN S.R.L. through the WooCommerce platform.

3.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure: accurate descriptions, correct pricing, clear product images. Colors or details may vary slightly due to screen differences or manufacturing variations.

3.2 Orders

To place an order for physical merchandise, Users must:

1. be at least 18 years old
2. provide accurate personal and shipping information
3. accept these Terms

Once an order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent. The Company may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

1. unavailability of the product
2. errors in price or description
3. suspected fraud
4. incomplete or incorrect customer information

3.3 Prices

Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but the rate applied is the one visible at the moment of purchase.

3.4 Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the User.

Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on:

1. destination country
2. courier availability
3. order processing volumes

Indicative shipping windows are displayed at checkout.
Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are outside the Company’s responsibility.

Risk Transfer

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the User once the product is delivered.

3.5 Returns & Refunds (Merchandise Only)
Right of Withdrawal

Users have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided that:

1. the item is unused
2. the merchandise is returned in its original packaging
3. the User covers return shipping costs (unless the product is defective)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If the User receives a defective or incorrect product, the Company will:

1. replace the item, or
2. issue a refund

after verifying the claim.

4. No Sale of Digital Products

The Site does not offer digital goods or downloads. Any digital content available (e.g. newsletters, images, information) is provided free of charge.

5. Use of the Website

Users agree to:

1. use the Site lawfully
2. not attempt unauthorized access
3. not disrupt or interfere with the Site’s functionality
4. not upload malware or harmful content

The Company may restrict access in case of misuse.

3. courier delays for merchandise shipments

Consumer rights guaranteed by applicable laws remain unaffected.

Data provided by Users is processed according to: our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
The Company does not process or store payment data for ticket purchases, as these occur on external platforms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time.
The version in force at the moment of order placement or website use will apply.
